I’m a new subscriber and I have to say that I’ve never heard of Za’atar until my aunt told me about it the other day. I quickly ordered some from your company. And omg! How delicious!! My aunt found out about it because she was married to a wonderful man who was from Saudi Arabia. You now have a customer for life. ♥️

Having Syrian Za'atar and Khoobs right now. I'm Indian but I was born and raised in the middle east, and spent over half my life there... so it is home food / nostalgic to me. I never felt welcome in Kuwait and left for good due to how much racism there was, but met Syrian friends that became family, and now my God child and "cousins" are Syrian. :) They ironically married Indians and moved to India too. So we share our cultures and cuisines. Aside from my experience with Kuwaitis, Arab food and people are beautiful. 🌹What an excellent presentation and I love your sense of humor 😂!!

Hey danny, Lebanese here.. never had orange zest with zaatar, never even heard of that, ours is the basic summac zaatar sesame mix

Hey Carol, you're absolutely right! That's the mix we've seen the most often too. We just found the orange zest mentioned as an example of regional variations on a couple of different food blogs and we thought it was interesting to mention. Thanks :)

Good point! But I think talking about the harvesting of the green herbs used in the combo that makes za'atar
